It’s necessary to be registered to get into the conference area (as author or as general public).
Contributions will only be published at ICAR2015 publications if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered before February 28th, 2015
Registration fees:

- 1 Early bird: Within two weeks since Abstract Acceptance and no later than January 31st, 2014
- 2 Standard: February 1st – February 28th, 2015
- 3 Late: After March 1st, 2015
One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers. Each supplimentary Paper has a fee of 30 Euro.
The students (including Master and PhD) participating to the ICAR 2015 conference (with paper or poster presentation) will be rewarded with a Certificate of 5 ECTS credits.
The registration fees includes:
- Admission to all sessions (parallel sessions with audiovisual equipment, computers, projectors, screens, microphones, wi-fi connection etc.) and keynotes conferences
- A printed Conference Programme
- ICAR2015 Proceedings CD
- ICAR2015 Abstracts book/CD
- Conference bag
- Conference materials
- Lunches and Coffee breaks
- Author Certificate / Attendance Certificate (for general public and accompanying persons)
- An Invoice of the registration fee will be provided with the conference material.
In order to be admitted to the conference and into the conference proceedings CD/book, the Authors of Paper and Poster presentations should register and pay the registration fees no later than February 28th, 2015.

Participanţii cetăţeni români vor plăti taxa de înregistrare în lei, echivalentul sumei în euro din ziua plăţii.

Notes:
Refund and Cancellation requests must be received in writing before March 1st 2015. There is a 30 € service charge for refunds on registrations. Bank taxes must be paid by the participants. Otherwise, the amount will be charged at the registration desk.
According to the current Data Protection Law in Romania (Law no.677/2001 on the Protection of Personal Data), we inform you that your personal data will be included in a file under the responsibility of UAUIM with the objective to evaluate your Final Paper approval for its presentation at this event and manage your participation in case your contribution is accepted.
Your data will not be given to third parties except for legal obligations. Each individual will have his rights of access, rectification or cancellation and objection by sending a notice to UAUIM address, accompanied by an official identification document or by email to icar2015ro@gmail.com.
